About Shawn
Currently working out of the NextHome Pacific Estates office in Orange California.  I have specialized in residential and residential income properties in Orange County and surrounding areas for over 30 years. My superior knowledge of the area serves as a strong assent for me in assisting clients to choose exactly the right home. I understand that real estate is truly a people business, and I work hard for clients.

 What are my keys to success? Being honest and upfront with people and looking out for client’s best interest and profit. Together with my service-oriented philosophy and creative marketing techniques, I make sure that my client’s real estate transactions are as smooth and profitable as possible.

I have continually proven success in the real estate world. A graduate of law school from the University of Tehran, I have been licensed since 1987. In 2005, I was awarded the Platinum Chairman’s Circle, and in 2004, 2006, and 2008 I was awarded the Gold Chairman’s Circle. I have also become Member of the President’s Club in 2007, 2009, and 2010, and I have been winner of multiple sales awards over my 30 years career and I am ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. I have used my expertise in real estate to help train other agents in the field to help them become better agents and I believe that has strengthened my own skills and credibility.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I love sports and outdoor activities like hiking and camping.
