We’re Scott and Cindy—real estate professionals, longtime Orange County residents, and a husband-and-wife team who genuinely love what we do.

More than 30 years ago, we purchased our first home in Anaheim Hills, and if we had the chance, we’d make the same decision all over again. We raised our three children—Kyle, Isabel, and Matthew—here, and today they’re grown adults with fond memories of the neighborhoods, schools, and community that helped shape them.

That personal connection to the area is a big part of what we bring to our clients. Over the years, we’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, Orange, Fullerton, Villa Park, Lake Forest, and communities across Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties.
Experience That Goes Beyond Real Estate
Before real estate, we both built successful careers at Xerox, where we met and received extensive professional training in sales, customer service, contract management, and negotiation.

Cindy began her Xerox career in sales before being promoted into sales management and later becoming a finance and contract specialist. Scott also began in sales and was promoted into sales management. We both earned Xerox’s prestigious Star Award, recognizing us among the company’s top performers for finishing top three in the country.

That experience gave us a strong foundation for real estate: listen carefully, communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, understand the details, and always put the client first.

We began our real estate careers more than 13 years ago. In our very first year, we finished among the top three agents in our Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda office, and we have continued to perform among Orange County's top-producing agents.

But for us, real estate has never been just about transactions or awards.
